Lovely stay, very modernized with Netflix and sky. Fresh towels provided and more accessible under the bed. Very clean with a good location, just a 2-minute walk to the quiet beach. Nearby shops like Morrisons and Lidl. Accommodation was practical for us with a 6-month-old, the garden was handy for a BBQ and sunbathing. Felt like a little home with a garage for the pushchair and laundry facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come again.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nicely furnished and well-maintained, with a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy patio area. The WiFi was reliable and the facilities were warm and comfortable. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring Brighton and Arundel.
The tight parking space, a challenge for my small car. the sloping ceiling in the bedroom was quite low, making it difficult for me to stand up straight by the side of the bed.
